1. Scope
This policy applies only to the FixFox Lead Alerts SMS program (the "Program"), operated by FixFox LLC ("FixFox," "we," "us"). Other FixFox products and services have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your mobile phone number
- Opt-in consent records: the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and the consent language shown to you. If you sign up through our online form, this includes the IP address the form was submitted from.
- Message delivery status and opt-out status
3. How we use it
We use this information only to:
- send you lead alerts;
- record and verify your consent;
- honor opt-out requests; and
- provide support.
4. Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
5. Service providers
FixFox uses SMS providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver messages.
6. Retention
Consent records are kept while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance purposes.
7. Your choices
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Contact support@fixfox.ai to request deletion of your information.
