1. Program description
FixFox LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("FixFox," "we," "us"), answers phone calls and handles lead intake for home service businesses ("Client Businesses"). FixFox Lead Alerts (the "Program") sends automated text alerts to employees of Client Businesses when a new lead is created for their company.
Each alert includes the lead's name, contact information (phone number and/or email address), and a short summary of the job.
Alerts go only to employees of Client Businesses, never to consumers. No marketing messages are sent through this Program. Alerts are sent from (425) 777-7739.
2. Who can enroll
Only employees of FixFox Client Businesses can enroll. You can opt in by signing up at fixfoxhome.com/sms-alerts or by texting START to (425) 777-7739.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on lead volume.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. FixFox does not charge recipients for alerts.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Confidentiality
Lead information contained in alerts is confidential business information of your employer. Use it only to follow up on that lead.

Use of information collected through this Program is governed by the FixFox Lead Alerts SMS Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
FixFox may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
